• New Years resolutions

    Happy New Year everyone!

    Hope you've had a lovely Christmas and New Years, and hopefully a break from work too.

    But for most people it's back to reality, and attempting to start and stick to any New Years resolutions.

    According to the Telegraph, the most common are:


    - Exercise more
    - Lose weight
    - Eat more healthily
    - Take a more active approach to health
    - Learn a new skill or hobby
    - Spend more time on personal wellbeing
    - Spend more time with friends and family
    - Drink less alcohol
    - Stop smoking



    I have to admit, mine are on that list - with the addition of saving money!

    What are yours? Any different to the standard list?!
